Nieuw Storyboard

Het volgende filmpje toont het storyboard dat de idee uit de vorige post verduidelijkt:

  1. Nice video and better voice :p, but I have two remarks.

First, I don't really know whether this application will be very useful for researchers, since they only get new information while typing their text. I think you need to have your references before typing your text, since this will determine the core of your text.

Secondly (more about application itself), at the end you say that if the user presses the paper about "Science 2.0", the user will see the last saved history and last saved suggested papers. This means the suggested papers will still be the same even though there might be new and more relevant papers concerning this topic?

  2. On your first remark: Researchers do collect information before they start writing a paper, that's correct, but they cannot collect ALL information. Also, they sometimes forget to make references to other important papers and authors, and this is what our tool tries to avoid.
Your second remark: this is just a history, but the tool will still start analysing your unfinished paper and looking for relevant sources. These will be added if they aren't in the list yet.

  3. Nice how you tell the story from the user perspective: one of the VERY few groups who do this consistently!

Did I understand correctly that the user removed something from his history?! That seems odd to me...

Similarly, towards the end, the user visits an earlier paper and gets the 'last saved' history and relevant paper list, but I am not sure how the user saves these and why saving would be important to begin with...

  4. History is maybe a choosed name. "Added Papers" is maybe more what we mean. It can always be possible you add it to a wrong paper or that you don't need it anymore.

We mean that whene you open a old paper you still have your added papers and you get immidiatly suggestion (not really saved)
